The power jack was replaced but noticed that PQ8 Ic was burnt can only read partial number of 4409 and A9N something. dont know if its 11,14 or 17

this P-channel mosfet no need to read partial number..!! this is AO4409 mosfet..
you can replace this mosfet..with some other number also AO4407,AO4435..!! -
