Dell Vostro 3501

I have a Dell Vostro 3501 and not power on. The 3V and 5V are present, but 1.8V is missing. I looked at PU1801 according to the schematic, and it's not receiving an enable signal. Any ideas where to check next? I think that signal comes from the PCH.

No obvious shorts under thermal (or probed), damaged components, liquid, etc.

Review the single gate buffer (dual AND gate) @ UC10. What is the voltage to ground on pins 1 & 2 on UC10? This is the true enable signal from the PCH.

Also interested in the voltage to ground of SIO_SLP_SUS# which is the raw signal from the PCH. Also review the series resistor @ RZ3.

The voltage to ground on pins 1 & 2 on UC10 is 0v. On the SIO_SLP_SUS if this come from dz3 and dz4 is 3v. I don t have a boardview and i can t see where ia rz3.
