HP 11 Stream laptop DAYOHGMB6C1 REV:C doesn't show video at all!

    I've been still checking the motherboard, and I've found that there's an 8-pin mosfet close to the DC in power connector that has 19.81 VDC on its Drain (5-6-7-8) and Source (1-2-3 pins), BUT the voltage on the Gate (pin 4) is 25 VDC. Is that normal? I'm suspecting on that mosfet since there are few components close to it that don't have voltage at all. The printed code on that mosfet is totally unreadable, so I can't tell which voltage is good and which is bad. Can anyone give me a hand on this?

        I have this HP 11 Stream laptop with the printed model on the back totally unreadable. I'm looking for the schematic since there's a problem with the video. The model on the main board is:
        DAYOHGMB6C1 REV:C
