H98A Huawei MateBook D14 NBL-WAQ9R no power no charging

The laptop had usbc connector desoldered and I fixed it. But still no power and not charging. The voltage in stays at 5v and not switch to 15v.

You are checking the wrong Controller. This is the charging controller, has nothing to do with Power Delivery. What you need to check is the PD-Controller and the surrounding circuit. And when i look to the first picture, at least for me, the soldering job is in question too.

The soldering job is ok, I've just joint gnd pins

Can you help me to find the PD-controller?
I have schematics but I don't know where it is

I would say here is the PD-Controller and the related Input circuit. Here i would check for unexpected shorts (of the Mosfets themselves too) and for misssing ommunication. Like Clock/Data/CC/missing Input voltages/missing Enables. Things like that
