Lenovo Thinkpad L13 Yoga LAR-1 18834-1M self RTC reset on every startup

Hello

This device came in with a strange problem,
The laptop starts by resetting the time and date settings every time it is turned on, as if the RTC battery was removed.
RTC battery is brand new, 3V is present at Q2502
No liquid damage or corrosion, board is clean
Same on AC or battery

What about the GATE behaviour of Q2502?
And I think it's a good start to measure the current at the battery connector, if there the battery really gets drained. Or maybe the problem is something else. The battery voltage is good as low as 2 Volts.

RTCRST#/SRTCRST# present with no power attached,only cmos cell connected.

Had to return it to customer due to shortage of time, if it come back I'll check.
