acer 5335 no video

Hi guys I have an acer aspire 5534 with no video
Graphic is amd radeon 0820.
Any ideas where to start troubleshooting?
Laptop powers on, batteey charging , fan spinning bur black screen.

cover the ventilator and let run for 15 min (let it get hot, really hot)
after that you shutdown and start it again fast.
if the video comes back you need to reflow/reball or change the video chip.

but first start with basic stuff like changing the ram and test with a working one.

i did replaced the ram , bios battery is ok . i will take the laptop apart now and i will put in on the machine to reflow the chip.
