I have this motherboard that does not power on. The 3.3V (+3VA_DSW) is missing, but the 5V (+5VSUS) is present. Both voltages are generated by PU8701 (see photo). By taking measurements on PU8701 I see that the signal EN2 (for the 3.3V) is at 0V while EN1 (for the 5V) is at 3.3V, which explains why I do not have the voltage. Both signals come from the same component, IT5125VG-128/CX which is the EC. I think the EC is good because I would not have EN1.
Do you have any idea?
