Have you ever tried another battery? How is the sytem behave after fully charged the battery? Same behaviour?
It can also be the initial battery circuit, like the fuse "F9", and diode "D19".
Also check the MOSFET "Q34" for proper function.
All current flows through this MOSFET. So, if it's damaged and the so-called "body-diode" is there only, then the battery can take current, but it can't deliver.Comment

The broken component can be a double-diode in SOT23. One side is connected to the power connector, the other diode is connected to the battery. Both lines feed the standby-voltages which the EC-chip needs to monitor the ON/OFF-Switch and start.Comment

by jrodefeldI would like to see if anyone could help me salvage a very expensive laptop that is no longer working.
The model: Asus Zenbook Pro Duo UX582L
I have used this laptop lightly since I purchased it new in 2022. I have always taken precautions to take care of it the best I could, and have never done anything that would risk causing damage to it or shorten it's life.
However, around six months ago, the laptop stopped working on battery power. It continued to work fine when plugged in, but as soon as power was disconnected,...-

by theone111I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.
In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.- Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again. - Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.

by dicky96Hi guys
I have a B&O Omen laptop here. It has very specific fault symptoms, hopefully someone can give me some guidance
If I plug in a known good 180W third party charger the little LED next to the power jack on the laptop flashes red once, but the laptop will not start. It will not flash red again unless you unplug and reconnect the power.
If I remove the main battery (I can't see a cmos battery) then the led by the jack does not flash when I plug in the adapter, but if I press the power on button with adapter attached it flashes once white every time... -
by micsa84Hello! I have a problem with a mainboard from a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15ada05.
The problem is that the cooling fan is always on full speed, It doesn't recognize the battery and it is not charging it and the keyboard has only partial functionality, many of the keys don't work.
I tried a new bios update but that didn't changed anything.
What could be the problem with it? -
