Help with HP Elitebook 840 G3 notebook without turning on.

Hello everybody! I have this HP board 6050A2892401-MB-A01 that doesn't turn on and the power button LED only blinks . I went to check the voltages on the inductors and found 5.24v, 0.99v and 1.84v and on the 3.3v inductor the voltage fluctuates between 3.30 and 3.37. I also noticed that in the 25Q64 the voltage oscillates between 3.36 and 1.5v and in the 25Q128 it oscillates between 3.3v and 3v. This notebook already came from another place and I don't know if the bios program is correct. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

I think your board restart and restart and restat indefintly.
You may have a short in a buck circuit.
When the power button blink? Is it just after plugging power supply or after pressing power button?

Unplug power and report us resistance to ground of every big coil.
There is no boardview no schéma for this, you can write value directly on a photo of the board.

I thought the same thing as you. As soon as I connect the source, the button LED already blinks and keeps repeating this and it is not an error code. I'm not very excited about this board due to the lack of material to analyze it and I'm also learning. I checked the coils and the ones I didn't mention are because the resistance is high or there is tension in them. Thank you in advance for your attention.

4.3ohm seems to be connected to the cpu, so that’s normal résistance.
I have a doubt for two other.

I think I have two board like this with first or second DC mofset completly burn (merged With PCB!).
I'll Check them and I Will tell you.
