UX581GV-XB74T PC9110 short

I have an Asus UX581GV-XB74T which had a temporary short on PC9110 to the empty pad next to it. The Nvidia 2060 graphic card is no longer showing up on windows or in BIOS - rest of laptop is working fine.

I found a board view on the forum for the UX581GV however do not have a schematic to see the traces to figure out probe points.

Would this short have killed the PU9101?

To update...
The boards UP9027Q appears to have let out the smoke around the point that the lines I suspected shorted run into the chip. The board view lists both chips (UP9512Q / UP9027Q) and the UP9512Q seems available however I can not find the UP9027Q which is what the board I have has installed.

I figure one might just be an older version of the same chip but does anyone know if the UP9512Q and UP9027Q are compatible parts which can be swapped for one another?

Does a common source for spec sheets exist for these sort of chips that are not available from places like mouser or digikey?

Would this chip failing cause any other issues with the board? (The rest of the laptop seems to be working except the RTX2060 GPU and HDMI display out which I believe is driven from that GPU and not the integrated chip.)
