Customer's dell laptop is very picky when it comes to turning on. Most of the time when the power button is pressed, amber light comes on. Feel like the power button was meant to turn the amber light and not the laptop LOL. Any advice where I should start? Motherboard? Rumor has it a defective battery can destroy the motherboard circuit.
