Acer E5-575 not detecting USB Keyboard & Mouse

I have an Acer E5-575 Laptop of my customer.
The problem is it doesn't detect USB Mouse and Keyboards.
But USB flash drives, External HDDS are working fine.

When I connect a USB Mouse or Keyboard, windows popup the error "USB Not Recognized
The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."

I tried with different OS , flash BIOS but same problem.
    Any help?

Remove all power. Meter in diode mode. Red meter probe to ground. Black meter probe to point to test.

Measure each pin on the usb connector.

    Post the list of measurements.

Keyboard and mouse are usb hid usb models of devices. Should be natively enumerated without drivers. Do they work in the bios? Check security settings in the bios.

The one with the 0.062 is shorted. Inspect for nearby ESD TVS diodes. If found, flux and remove that part and then test again.

I just found out that when I connect Mouse & Keyboard through a USB Hub to this port(circled on the photo),they are working fine.
But other ports doesn't detect them even through the USB Hub.
          Any lead?

What are the details of the port # that is working? Reference the label from the schematics.

What details you need from schematics?

There will be label associated with each USB connector. Which USB connector is working? Will make it easier to trace back to the host controller. Often, each USB port is controlled by the PCH (CPU). Trying to determine if the other ports are defective at the chip level or at the physical level. So far, the pics show the connectors to be defective.
