which is 4G DDR3L Chip. I bought 4 to upgrade my tablet PC to 16GB.
Can I just reball the new chips and upgrade the ram?
or do I need to remove or add some transistors or maybe bios mod , I saw the boardview and didn't understand it well.
any information shall be helpful in my conquest .

First check what is the maximum ram your mb supports. Then read your bios and open it in hex editor and check whether the target ram chip is listed or not. Else may end up in no display.

Thanks for the info , The ram chip is listed in the service manual what isn't clear for me is the configuration in the motherboard.
BTW , the maximum supported ram is 16GB as there is model that comes with an i7 processor - 16GB.
What about the resistors in the mobo , don't they need a modification?
