Samsung r530 P1.05_VTT power fets getting very hot

Folks I have a Samsung r530 and it freezes after a short while and shuts down. I have found both fets Q23/Q22/C160/C161 all get very hot I have tried 2 different processors and they still get very hot L7 reads 33ohm with copu out and 11.7ohm with CPU in.
L2 is 88ohm
L3 is 87.9 ohm
Nothing seems to be short circuit

Apologies I mean to attach this. So I replaced both Q23/Q22 but they still get hot after a while I began getting .4 across L7 so I removed u512 and will replace it as soon as I can locate it. Also Q3 and Q4 also started getting hot regardless of which CPU I fitted.
These are the only places I can fel getting hot PCh seems to be fine

What are the amps that the laptop draws before you press the power button and after?

Apologies. I replaced the Regulator and both fets and its working fine now.

you mean u512 and Q23/Q22?
