Thinkpad E15 Gen2 no SUSP# Signal from EC

    Hello folks,
following problem on an E15 Gen2 with i5 processor (NM-D011):
    Doesn't start
    SUSP - high (5.1V)
    SUSP# - low (0V)

Pin124 (SUSP#) on the EC resistor to GND is 80kohm.

Does anyone know why the EC doesn't output SUSP#?
What requirements do you need to get a high there?

    Thank you!☺

I have an identical motherboard. Fully functional.
I measured both on the BQ25710 and had the following results:

    Working E15:
    Pin 1 VBUS: 20V
    Pin 2 ACN: 20V
    Pin 3 ACP: 20V
    Pin 4 CHRG_OK: 3.3V
    Pin 5 ENZ_OTG: 0V
    Pin 6 ILIM_HIZ: 2.2V
    Pin 7 VDDA: 6V

    Pin 8 IADPT: 0.3V
    Pin 9 IBAT: 0V
    Pin 10 PSYS: 0.3V
    Pin 11 PROCHOT#: 1V

    Pin 12 SDA: 3,3V
    Pin 13 SCL: 3,3V
    Pin 16 COMP1: 1.3V
    Pin 17 COMP2: 1,2V
    Pin 22 VSYS: 9V
    Pin 28 REGN: 6V

    Defective E15:
    Pin 1 VBUS: 20V
    Pin 2 ACN: 20V
    Pin 3 ACP: 20V
    Pin 4 CHRG_OK: 3.3V
    Pin 5 ENZ_OTG: 0V
    Pin 6 ILIM_HIZ: 2.2V
    Pin 7 VDDA: 6V

    Pin 8 IADPT: 0V
    Pin 9 IBAT: 0V
    Pin 10 PSYS: 0V
    Pin 11 PROCHOT#: 0V

    Pin 12 SDA: 3,3V
    Pin 13 SCL: 3,3V
    Pin 16 COMP1: 1.25V
    Pin 17 COMP2: 1,1V
    Pin 22 VSYS: 9V
    Pin 28 REGN: 6V

The values differ for IADPT (Pin 8), PSYS (Pin 10) & PROCHOT# (Pin 11).

These are all outputs. Do you think the BQ is defective?

EDIT: I swapped the two BQ's with each other and there is no change. So it's fine, but I don't understand why there's no output
