THINKPAD T460S auto restart after shutting down???

I'm having problems with my Lenovo thinkpad T460s laptop.
It will automatically restart when shutdown.(uses battery)/
Using the adapter + battery is ok. But when the adapter disconnected it will automatically restart.
I tried reinstalling the operating system and testing in the PE environment but nothing changed.
I think the problem is in BIOS SETUP.
    Can someone help me?

Automatic restart after shutdown can be an indication of a device, not shutting down properly. I had a ThinkPad with this behavior that had a faulty GbE chip. To identify this device go to the "I/O port access" BIOS screen and turn off the devices one by one.

You could also check -PCIE_WAKE signal. If it is being pulled low by moisture damage, a shorted component, or a missing pull-up resisitor the laptop will automatically restart.

Yes, check PCIe functions like the network adapter; wifi module, etc.

Thanks for any help. My problem is solved.
The reason is that the -LANWAKE signal (pin 2 U13) is damaged due to humidity
