hi guys, my motherboard will not start no matter what
when connected to ac power, the battery does get charge, led indicator glows red when discharged and turns white as it is fully charged.
but rest nothing happens no sign of life.
this laptop has one preexisting usbc power issue - so i use DCIN jack for charging my laptop.
with this issue my laptop was unable to power ON only sometimes i just had to wait some time.
but now nothing happens no matter how much i wait/ charge/ press and hold power button.
i have no knowledge of motherboards .
there are 7 coils in my motherboard out of which i can access 5 rest two are under heat sink(my guess is for cpu)
on ac power only (no led light)
1=0.5 V
2= 3.3V
3=5.1V
bios 8 pin = 3.3V
4=0V
5=0V
6=0V
7=0V
on battery power + AC (orange LED), battery voltage = 12.7 V (BT+), 19V_DCBATOUT = 12.81V

on battery power, battery voltage = 11.7 V (BT+), 19V_DCBATOUT = 11.69V

AC adapter is fine, battery seems fine
1. I am stuck at the 2 block from left in the first image, are the voltages fine?
2. 3 block from left has all sys pwrgd for NPCE388PB0DX (not NPCE386PB0DX) how to verify this. what will i read at pin no 107 if all power good? its pin 107 right and not pin 97?
any other troubleshooting advice? what should i do next.
