compaq cq42 can not turn on

when adapter plugin the led near adapter port lights up.3v and 5v supply is perfect. but the standby current is 0.06a that is not right because it normally takes 0.01a on standby. so while checking mobo i found that black components heating up. i change both of them also but same condition. but without these two components the standby current is 0.01 that is ok but laptop can not turn on ..................any body face this problem before......thanks .....this mobo using intel cpu and chipset also intel mobo no is A0AX3MB6C1 REV:C

Where did you take the replacement diodes?
Voltages on PC93 and PC95?

probably PU5 is faulty

i changed it already with a good one 5v and 3v r ok

you need change the bios dump, i had the same problem
