Microsoft Surface pro 5 - not powering on

I have this surface pro 5 that is not powering on, but it charges the battery, power connector lights up and battery is charged. power button has 3,3.
These coils are shorted to ground. It's the +3P3VSB and +1VSB.
There is 15v, 10v, 8.8v, 3.3v present on the board.
Tried to inject voltage in those coils: 1v 3a but could not find the short because lots of areas heat a little.. and I don't have thermal camera..

Any ideas?
