Acer Aspire 5551 la-5912p not powering on

Hi guys, I have an issue with a laptop, it has power but wont power on.
I have all S5 power rails present and have check many other voltages, all seem ok.
I don't know what next to check, suspecting a southbridge issue maybe.
Can anyone give me any tips for this one.

All suspend transistors are on, any ide what is causing this or do you think the southbridge / ec chip could be faulty?
