Medion akoya e7214 fan not working after bios flash

Hi. So as the title suggests, i had a dead akoya e7214 laptop. I flashed bios and ec chip and now it boots perfectly. Except the fan is not working. I flashed a different bios dump (only bios chip) and it still boots. I tried another fan, but still nothing. What has me stumped is that there is 4.9v on one of the pins and 0 on the other 2. Any thoughts?
(No boardview or schematics i could find)
    Cheers😁

Update. 4.9v is on signal (yellow) pin, and ground blac and power red are 0V.

Follow and test the circuit for the VCC pin.

                Thanks SMDFlea,πŸ‘πŸ»
So i have 5v on pin 15, which is called dvcc and 0v on pin 16 vcc. Also, i have 3.3v on pin 12 (or 13πŸ€”) which is called alert, as per datashheet. As i understand those are the only ones that relate to fan control. Other pins do have som various voltages, but as far, as i understand, they relate to thermal control. So my question is, does that 3.3 constantly on is telling the chip not to power the vcc pin as it thinks that the fan is faulty? Or is the chip itself faulty?πŸ€”

                  Hey guys,

Hope you all are doing well. I come here from Win-Raid because I am having issues disabling Flash Protection Range Registers so I can flash my BIOS from within Windows using Intel's IFW tool/using flashrom within Linux, however I cannot due to the above mentioned error.

Here is my thread on Win-Raid detailing the whole process I went through: https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/re...h-gen/95478/27

Essentially I managed to boot into Windows while shorting PINs 1+5 of my audio chip to disable the HAP bit...
