whats fastest processor for netbook chromebook?

I have a samsung N145 plus and its so slow, I was looking at walmart.com they have a few acer netbook refurbs for like 160 and 170, but they all have different dual core processors, so I'm looking for the fastest netbook processor. For a cheap price. All I need it for is downloading web pages, maybe 3 pages at a time, uploading photos and info. These acers look nice but not sure which processor is best?

Maybe you're looking at it the wrong way..
1. - Linux. If you're using that netbook mostly for web pages and image upload, you should consider installing Ubuntu, or Lubuntu for even faster processing. A light OS with low background processes should solve the problem.
2. - Tablet. Tablets are cheap and far more efficient that a netbook. You should easily find a quad core processor new, or even cheaper, consider buying a used 1st generation nexus 7, you should find them cheap and they weren't repaired earlier, unlike these netbooks you're looking at.

I've heard good things about the Acer C720 from a couple people that've bought them as Linux web browsing machines (replacing Chrome OS).

They're fairly cheap and the Celeron in them is faster than a lot of the Core 2 Duos, especially the Pre-Penryn ones while costing about the same price as a used C2D laptop.
