Hp pavilion dv7 2020

Hi I have a hp dv7 pavilion,which I think needs reballing,having googled and check many sites reading up about blank screen issues.
I've done the battery out reboot,hooked the laptop up to an external etc but nothing,only two flashing lights.
I'm no expert but can follow instruction well,I have no specialist equipment but would it be possible to fix this problem without a shop repair,I've seen many techniques on you tube ie heat gun etc or even better is there anyone in the bedford area that could assist in the matter,much help would be appreciated.

the hp dv xxxx with nvidia chips, i worked on several , most so called fixes dont last,
