this c850 toshiba:
powers on ok but no data:
1- changed ram, screen and cmos battery
2- cpu is heating and after 2-3 minutes fan will go normal
vga is amd
the volt in bios 1-2-3-5-6-7-8 = 3.23v
pin 4 no volt

all c850 need to replace the vga chipset

hi dear if the numlock n caps lock light working then u replaced the bios its 99% bios problem

i have here 6 similar Toshiba motherboards !
Reballed, reflow, flashed bios, replaced kbc , changed vga cable, tried different lcd displays (internal and external) keyboard and mouse are detected but stay black screen.
