Unable to find this exact logic board but may have found a similar one.

Can you confirm the topside markings of the mosfets that are present on your board?

Confirm also if pin #4 of these mosfets are tied together or not. This is the gate pin on each mosfet. From this knowledge, we will know that both of these mosfets (includes the missing one) are of the same type. Most likely this is a N-channel mosfet that is missing.

Measure the resistance between pin # 4 of the one mosfet and pin # 4 of the missing mosfet. Is the resistance ~5 ohms?

gate to gate is Mohms pq111 and pq5301 and same pq 5302

Excellent. Thanks EldaJump - see post # 7, you can find the full part number of the missing mosfet from this post. If needed, this mosfet can be replaced with many others like Texas Instruments, etc. It is also very common to source from donor boards that have the same style of mosfet.

1) Mrnixdorf, the bios requests must be posted inside of the dedicated bios forum. Somewhere there will be able to assist you. Expect the tires of your vehicle to be deflated when you least expect it if the rules are not followed.

2) larrysito111, it appears that you are in the multiphase power supply rail linked to the CPU. As suggested by piernov , you are obligated to replace each and every mosfet on this rail. So review the part numbers on the adjoining mosfets which most likely will be the same ONSEMI component referenced by SMDFlea. Do not sub this part. Use only the original and source from Digikey / Mouser / Arrow.
