I would try taking it out with hot air and then clean the pads. You may also try to connect the reset signal to GND bit I you need to find some kind of resistor on the board so you will something to solder to (and I'm not sure there is something like that, it might be connected straight to the cpu)

Look for the resistor straps in the schematic first and see if it can be disabled or not. If there`s no option you could try disabling in the bios https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ls#post3172363
Edit.: replacing the bad ram chip is the other option

That's not how disabling onboard RAM works.

          SMDFlea is right.

            RC263/264/265/266 should be stuffed and
            RC272/273/274/275 should'nt be stuffed.

Thats it for onboard ram disable.

Thank you for your answer. I moved the resistors in these places but no image again. (RC265 was already stuffed.)

If the resistor are moved/placed correctly, then onboard ram is 100% disabled and only dimm slot is active. Try putting another ram stick, look for soldering on ram slot pins, flash clean me bios.
If these steps dont solve it,perhaps you're looking at dead end.
