Hp Omen 17-CK0501na not turning on! Please help

Hi

I have a gaming laptop HP omen 17-ck that is not turning on. I cannot find any shorts on the motherboard.

Steps done:

I tried several bioses and cleaned it me region with no luck

Checked all voltages: and it seems that good signal comes for 2-3 seconds the office again
.
The laptop does charge the battery.
The PCH does not warm up within those 3s.
I do suspect the PCH but will need your advise if you have any other suggestions.

check if pin 8 of the bios chip is shorted

Do you mean its turning on for 3s and then off?
If yes, then very likely you've a short in one of the switched rails(Like 3VS,1.8VS etc)
