I have an ASUS Chromebook C523N in for repair thats not drawing much current from the USB-C port which is stuck at 5V
The port itself looks ok and I suspect the Slimport ANX3429 USB-C power controller
I have verified that the laptop works by disconnecting the battery and injecting voltage at the battery connector
The issue is that I cannot find a datasheet for this device anywhere including the chip manufacturer !
I'm hoping that someone here may have a datasheet or even a schematic of any laptop that uses this chip so I can get an idea what the pins on this device do
Thanks
