Microsoft surface laptop 1gen USB doesn't recognize out side of UEFI

Hi all,
I've faced to problem. I've installed win11 on surfaces laptop 1gen
And USB port stop working, after reinstall windows several times it has dumbed
Now there is no OS on laptop and USB port doesn't recognize after bios.
I've tried recovery imagine same.

How can I install os on laptops
