Hello everyone

Aorus 5 gaming laptop unable to load operating system, bios updated but still can not load the OS.
I can access the bios settings but can't run an operating system at ll
Stuck at the logo

Have you tried a different SSD. Will it run linux

It could be gpu or something else.. First check if it is gpu.... when laptop is stuck at the logo try caps lock on/off...if lights turns on/off then your laptop is ok but gpu is dead. If you can not turn it on/off then something else is wrong and it will be very difficult to find, because when loading windows the windows will stuck for many reasons, maybe not working memory, try checking memory connectors on the board, semi dead pch, cpu, or any of the chip on the board...very hard to find.
