    Lenovo G585 powers on and stops

    Hello,

    A customer of mine brought this laptop to me and told me that it had broken which after he changed the laptop powers on and shuts down. The problem is when you turn it on, the power on led lights, fan turns and then shuts down and it can be powered on again instantly with the same results. Have already check the lvds (I don't have a new one), removed rtc battery, and even a slight reflow on the chipsets. Any ideas on this one please?

    I think that the problem might be from the bios. I am trying to search for it but with no result. Does anyone have it please?

      Have you checked for shorts? find the schematic and start with the mosfets.
