my Xiaomi Notebook Pro X laptop fans work like crazy for no reason

Hope this is the right place, someone can help me.
My laptop started having a really strange problem....
When I turn it on the fans start working at a crazy rate and with random breaks...
They can work for say 10 seconds and stop for 2 seconds and then turn on again for 5 etc...
And it's from 0 to 100%. I tried to install AIDA and did the processor chip test and the graphics did not exceed 70 degrees and the fans were not even close to working at the power they work randomly.

    The model of the computer:
    Xiaomi Notebook Pro X 15 OLED (A30)

    hardware:
    I7 11370H/RTX 3050TI

I tried updating drivers, to reinstall windows but it didn't help

It is important to note, the computer does not heat up, it starts from the moment you turn it on.
I think it's a problem with the fan (it's the fan of the video card), I thought of trying to replace it with the processor's fan to see if the problem is with the board or the fan.
I would be happy to advise

What is the history of this machine? Just started to do run the fan full blast upon power up? No liquid spill?

I have had the computer for 3 years, kept in good condition.(and yes it just started out of nowhere when the computer was open with software in the background (not something heavy and was not in use))
I opened the computer this morning and even you would be surprised to find that there is hardly any dust inside...
What I did notice was drops of liquid in the fan area
      (attached photos)
I can say for sure that it's not something from the outside but it's strange that it would be something from the inside...

Try loading the following open source software and see if it is able to determine the CPU fan speed. Is it able to control the speed?

          Home - Fan Control (getfancontrol.com)

mon2 Thanks but I already saw that and it didn't help that much...
I tried to make a post there but it was automatically deleted and I can't get an answer from the mods why...
