HP 250 G8 GPT52 La-k202p backlight problem

Hello, I have an issue with the backlight on my HP 250 G8 laptop. Here are the voltage readings:

• INVPWR_B+: 19V
• +LCD VDD: 3.3V
• INVTPWM: 3.3V
• It does not have a touchscreen.

Could someone advise me on what else to measure? I've already tested two different LCD panels.

INVTPWM 0.67V
DISPOFF# 3.2V

INVTPWM 0.67V

Low inverter backlight voltage. At 3v3 the backlight will be 100% on.
