Asus FX506H no display

Hi, I have this laptop with no image on display but i do have on hdmi output
Befor taken the screen off maybe someone can help me
pins 38,39,40 i have 19v
pins 26,27,28,29 i have 3.9v
pin 5 i hav e 3.3v
i shoud have 3.3 on 4 as well no?
Is there anything else i should check on the LCD motherboard connector?

So the CLK_L goes to AUDIO CODEC ALC3251-CG pin number 3
3.3 is prezend for 2-3 seconds and then goes to 0

Can you confirm this value again? Sounds quite high for a +3V rail.

You are right
Without lcd connected is 5.1
and just foud the voltage regulator burned with a small whole in it
