    ThinkPad X270 (NM-B061) no POST

I have a ThinkPad X270 (NM-B061) with the following error: the mainboard tries to start, the current goes up to 80 mA and then immediately drops back down to 20 mA. This is repeated every few seconds. Fortunately, there is a timing diagram at the end of the schematic. Starting from the top up to and including -PWRSW_EC it is all as shown in the diagram. Starting with -PCH_SLP_S4 you can see the periodic behavior, i.e. instead of the signal staying at 3.3V, it always drops back to 0. What conclusions can I draw from this behavior?
