I have this computer that does not turn on and I detected that it has this burned component but from what I have searched there is no schematic of this board, can anyone help me find out what integrated it is or if I can bypass it somehow?

Markings for the attached component? Can see topside markings in your posted pic. Pour IPA (alcohol) on the top surface and read the visible markings.
