need help .. TOSHIBA SATELLITE C600 internal display problem

hello ..
i have satellite c600 here..
internal display is not showing any picture ..it's not dead black screen, just glow like its get signal but no diplaying picture ..with external monitor ..its show clear and normal picture
board is BR10ML

internal picture , etc will available soon (uploading)

i do the following :
- connect to external monitor = OK
- change internal LCD = same result no display

i still finding the flexible cable replacement for now ..so not yet test the new flexibel cable replacement

how to check the flexible cable conn on the board thru lcd conn board ?

change with another led screen and flex cable ..the problem still persist
connected battery, clear cmos ..sometimes it get normal showing clear picture ..but after 1-2 day ..white screen displaying again

When that happens check voltage on all pins of U3000 and on pins 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26 of CN3000 (LVDS connector)

When that happens check voltage on all pins of U3000 and on pins 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26 of CN3000 (LVDS connector)

measure pin of CN3000 (LVDS conn) without lcd flexible connected , battery connected

pin 2 = 3,3v
pin 3 = 3,3v
pin 4 = 1,75v
pin 19 = 0,0v
pin 20 = 3,3v
pin 23 = 0,0v
pin 24 = 0,6v
pin 25 = 0,15v
pin 26 = 1,75v

U3000 found ..but there's seem no component connected ??

Are you certain for your readings on pins 4, 23, 24, 25, 26

pin order direction on CN3000 (lvds) (attachment)
if right like that ..thats the voltage reading i measured
or i make wrong direction?
