What is the history of this unit? Was a new PCI or PCI Express device added to this logic board? Remove any removable device like wifi, etc. if possible. Some PCI or PCI Express device is misbehaving.

Each such device has a vendor ID / Device ID and respective BAR0 to BARx address pointers for memory and/or IO space. The chipset on the device will request the amount of memory or IO space it requires to enable that function. If that function is not working properly, or the logic board is truly out of XX amount of space to enable the device - you will see this error but often, the bios is corrected for a more logic error code like just disable this device and keep booting.

Be sure your bios is the latest and greatest for this logic board. Remove the CMOS battery and re-install to be sure the parameters are reset.
