MSI G75 Stealth MS-17G11 - no video after lcd flex damage

Hello.
Have this MSI G75 Stealth MS-17G11 that have no video after lcd flex damage. i have missing voltage on PL14 which comes to and from ic U15 for which i dont find datrasheet.
I see that ic is connected to GPU ic.

what is purpose of that ic and must it be voltage on PL14?
