Did you flas the MEC 5107? I have an XPS 9510 w/ almost the exact same issue. Negotiates to 20V on all 3 USBC ports but no power w/ the power button. Getting 20V, 5V, 3.3V, 1.2V, 1.8V, etc. but it doesn't power on w/ or w/o the battery. I've replaced the Cypress USBC chips but nothing changed. UT7 buck is getting warm, but nothing else significant. I think it may be the MEC firmware. I've used an RT809H programmer to JTAG into a Lenovo MEC chip before. Is this one similar? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

As far as I know, they don't. I think the Intel TB chips have firmware on a ROM though. But (and I could be mistaken), I think that firmware is only used for Thunderbolt connectivity. Again, I could be wrong about that though.
