    Part is from Texas Instruments.

    Could this be '16S' ?

    SN74LVC1G79-Q1 Single Positive-Edge-Triggered D-Type Flip-Flop datasheet

Confirm the voltage to ground on pin # 5 = Vcc.

NB: Datasheet references this as a SC-70 package so be sure to check the physical dimensions of the part on your board. Does it match the SC-70 footprints / dimensions?

Thanks mr. mon2. it is possible because of the under line. I cannot measure it since it was shorting the 5vLDO from ti TPS51285B

Which was also shorted. so i guess you are right

The bar should be on the left as you look at it so its S91 or S9I and the pins should be 3 at the bottom,2 at the top.Just noticed there`s a small round dimple as well for pin 1 .With the bar, dimple and dashes its definitely a Texas Instruments part.

I did some research within my documents and the only true match , Package and Code , refer to Ricoh R1121N391B , Linear voltage regulator IC
LDO, LN, 3.9V±2%, 150mA. The bar at left is a symbol for lead and halogen free and it's used by many manufacturers .

              If it's SBI , Then TMP708AIDBVR is the right one . If it's S9I , then it's R1121N391B .. Bottom line , he needs to put a better picture ..
