    Thomson THBK1-8.16BTK windows tablet intel, touch screen and audio problem

    Hi,
    i just got two of "Thomson THBK1-8.16BTK" tablets.

    managed to install windows 10 32bit on both, but there is no where i could find Drivers for the device or even for the intel "Z3735G"
    all i could find is a manual says it's save the "driver" folder on a Pen Drive for future use

    so.... do anyone have same model with the drivers folder or know a way to install them?

    The best course of action here is to let W10 automatic updates find the right drivers for your device , and which sometimes take quite a while . If this doesn't help then you can look for Intel Z3700 series drivers , sometimes available from Intel and even from other sites than Intel like Dell or Lenovo . just an example for W8.1 32 Bit drivers :

    Of course you may or may not find all the drivers needed , but there are many other methods for solving such issues , yet it needs lot of explaining and experience .
    Try for now the above and let us know the outcome .

      actually this. this is my first course of action. tried the win10 automatic updates. tried more than 4 ver of windows build (old ones to see if they were more compatible with the device), also tried many drivers of the Intel Z3700
      like the one you gave link to. but with no luck! tried couple of drivers from w8 and w8.1 for the same chipset both 64 and 86 still. tried reinstalling the w8 or 8.1 and even 8.1 with bing

        Okay , try this .. From Control Panel , system ==> Device manager , expand a category then right click on a device without its true driver , meaning just standard , then right click its properties , then click the Details Tab . Next click on Device description and next , From a long list there , choose "Hardware Ids" .. Right click save that and put in search on net .
        First gain is , you would know exactly the hardware manufacturer , what type it is , and chances are you'll find lot of sites willing to give the drivers or compatible ones for free .. Just a notice , not all sites are friendly , so you should be careful ..
