ASUS FX53VE shutting off after 7 sec.

The customer said it wasn't charging the battery and when the battery died it would not power on with the charger. With the charger it comes on, for about 7 seconds, fan spins and the current draw reaches to about 1.9A, the display backlight flashes then it cuts off. Same thing with the display disconnected. 3.3V and 5V and 1.0VSUS are always present. When it attempts to power on, I get voltages (1.2V on RAM, 1.07V on CPUVCORE, 0.8V on GPU, on all of the big coils except L8003 and L8004, both are +VCCGT. The resistance to ground on these two coils is 2.8 ohms.

Dont bother about VCCGT at this moment. First try flashing a known good clean me bios/swapping ram stick/look for corrossion.

No corrosion on the board, already tried known good RAM on both RAM slots and also tried about 3 bios dumps… same issue. PCH shows some heat under a thermal cam when it's powering up, not hot to touch though

May be GPU issue. See if it can be disabled. PCH getting hot at poer on is usual.
