Asus ZenBook Duo UX481FL does not know the battery

Hi guys, looking for help. , It's an Asus ZenBook Duo UX481FL

my asus zenbook duo is not holding battery power it turns off as i remove charger and gets on when the chrger is plugged what is the solutiin for this?

I have downloaded the schematic if anyone can help me.

I hope I can do this again. I really appreciate any help.
