Microsoft Surface Pro 4 1724 No Power

Hi this is my first time reparing a Surface.

I followed the schematics and did some youtubing.

I get 14V on Pin 1 of PD5501
And Pin 2 getting 0.3V.

I get white light on the charger but nothing more.

How do i proceed further ?? i have the boardview
