Lenovo Slim 7 Pro X - Burned mosfet identification

    Hello,

I have a Slim 7 Pro with a burned mosfet. I tried searching online but cannot find anything. (I ended up on the Non-X schematics)

    Please see attached photos.

It looks like it is written S2EGD on it.

    Thank you!

How many pins can you count around it. Can you desolder it and post a picture of the footprint ,the underneath with the pins/pads

There are 16 pins. We can see what you're asking on the first photo (the darker one with the chip removed, we can see 16 pads and 3 burnt one)

I managed to find out that it is probably a step- down DC/DC regulator by comparing the ground pins and voltage pins. Would it be worth it to try and fix this motherboard since this looks very close to the gpu?
