Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBD Freezes when loading Windows

Hi all, I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBD, motherboard NM-A681 Rev1.0 that posts normally, all voltages ok, but when its starts to load Windows after a few seconds the spinning dots just freezes. Unplugged everything unecessary from the board, tryied different ram sticks with no avail. Tried also just booting from the usb stick and the issue persists. There's also an option in Bios to use Intel's UMA only, turned off secure boot also, and nothing...
Please advice, thinking to ask Bios guru's to clean ME region, just to make sure it's not related

Try cleaning the ram slot,flashing clean me bios. This is difficult to solve.There is no definite solution. Replacing Vcore IC,mosfets sometimes help.
