HP 6735s no video

Hi, i got this HP 6735s vith no video, 5x blink caps lock. I think this is the GPU ATI fail and i did the reflow but no help.

When it start CPU, GPU, NB get hot. GPU the most of them. Is this fail under the BGA GPU chip (2 ball joined)

" 2 ball joined " how do you know it ? if you say so that's why no video and GPU get hot ( my opinion, as i know when reballing gpu there is no joined ball in there )

or maybe the GPU chip is bad, i reflow 2 times with no sucess.

Try reballing , but when you do and success , just for temporary only. It will fail again, at least you know what you have to do next

what do you mean 'it will fail again' ?

many suggest that when you lift up the gpu you putt a brand new chip; not the one you lifted up.
to much heat exposure

yes i will agree on that. currently i do not have BGA rework machine, but when i get one (in few month) i will order new GPU.

I just bought a lab PSU , now I'm holding money for a flir camera

I'm writing a post on my tablet about injecting voltage.
I will sure blow stuff soon .
I wanna know more about inject and heating. I think that's cheating when it comes to repair.if you got a flir pfff, your in business sir

flir cannot solve your problems unless you know how to find the problem
