Acer Aspire 5534 (LA-5401P)

Hello all, I'm working on this laptop and when I plug in the power adapter, its light keeps blinking, I assume there's a short, someone told me to test the DC with ground, and the voltage jumps like crazy, but I don't where to go from there.

I've read it's probably shorted capacitors, I already took 4 out and it's still shorted.

I meant with DC jack connected to board.

I was playing around, so I took AO4407 (PQ8) out, and plugged charger and light didn't blink, and I read the 19V normal from DC jack pins.

How do you test this mosfet? Or is the problem further beyond the circuit?

Swapped for another MOSFET, problem persists, going to check schematic and see what else can I take out to test.
