ibm R50e password locked

does anyone have idea about ibm bios password.
my ibm R50e wants to put a password in black screen in booting time.

what to do?

There is atmel bios chip..you can buy it from ebay and it got newest bios on it but i ve been shorted pin 5&6 or was it 4 when the pc start short those and voila.its unlocked...cant remember now but google atmel chip and ibm r50

They are SDA&SCL pins so short those when you light up the pc ,it may take up to 10min cause youre reaction time is crucial

that is absolutely not true . short those pin may lead to damage the lapy.

It is your opinion but i ve been succesfully remove bios locked from t60-61 (4)pieces,yes you can ruin the hole lappy but dont keep those wires too long together.
